Terms of Use

Your username, photo, bio and social links are visible to other players, and some of them on puuush.app (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything offensive or misleading, and do not impersonate anyone or infringe their rights. You keep ownership of your content and allow WSFU to display it in Puuush and on puuush.app while your account exists.

Rankings and challenges only work if scores are real. Do not cheat: no fake reps, modified apps or devices, automated input, or several accounts to climb the rankings. Players can report suspected cheating or an inappropriate profile. We may remove scores, hide profiles or ban accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice.

Puuush is a training tool, not medical advice. Push-up counts, calories, heart rate and other measurements can be incomplete or inaccurate. Train within your limits, and talk to a doctor or a qualified professional if you have any doubt about your health.

Some features need Puuush PRO, offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, under its own terms.

Puuush works with Apple Health, Apple Watch and Strava if you choose to use them. They have their own terms. If one of them is unavailable, changes, or revokes access, the related features may stop working. You are responsible for the permissions and the device setup these features need.

Puuush, its design, texts and videos, and the music of its challenges belong to WSFU or its licensors. You may use them only through the app and the website, for your personal use.

Some features need an internet connection, over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Your mobile provider may charge you for data; if you are not the bill payer, make sure you have permission. We are not responsible if Puuush does not fully work without a connection, or if your device runs out of battery.

Puuush may need updates to keep working. We do not guarantee that it will support every iOS version. Accept the updates when they are offered.

We may change, suspend or stop Puuush or any of its features at any time. We may also introduce charges; they will be shown clearly before you pay. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. If we stop Puuush, your right to use it ends.

We work to keep Puuush accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent permitted by law, WSFU is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on the app's counts and measurements. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Puuush is an independent app by WSFU. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Strava. Apple, Apple Watch, Apple Health, Strava and other third-party names remain the property of their owners.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or related to Puuush is subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page, with its effective date. If you keep using Puuush after an update, you accept the new Terms.
